R-P has partnered with the Salvation Army for 21 years in preparing and delivering traditional Thanksgiving meals to people in our community who, without this assistance, would not enjoy a warm meal complete with turkey, stuffing, mashed sweet potatoes, gravy, green beans and a dinner roll.
This year, over 500 volunteers came to campus to help keep our tradition going strong. The group of volunteers prepared and delivered 2,200 meals by 12:00 noon on Thanksgiving morning. What an accomplishment!!

A heartfelt thanks to Ralph and Jean Lemieux for their 12 years of leading the charge on making the Turkey Run a success. Food service director, Connie Falbe is also a MVP in making things happen with this wonderful event!
