On Thursday, January 5th, our senior English classes were treated to a visit by recent R-P graduates to answer questions about college life. This panel of graduates answered any and all questions about what their experiences have been since leaving RPHS and attending various colleges, including Grand Valley, Alma, Muskegon Community College, Notre Dame, and many others.
High school students learned about many facets of college from our alumni, on topics including their typical college day, time management, homework, credits, majors and minors, dormitory life, campus jobs, dorm food, social life, doing their own laundry, and more! It was a great opportunity for our seniors to learn about college life from some familiar faces who are doing it right now.
This event was set up by the RPHS college advisor, Ms. Davis. Thanks for putting this together!
